Daniel J. Pool is a graduate student of Library and Information Science at the University of Oklahoma. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Liberal Arts at the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma. Daniel previously worked in telecommunication and financial technology fields, and currently, works in education technology. He is writing a thesis about instructional game design for information literacy programs. He is a co-founder of Sleepy Dev, games, and software company. In his free time, he renovates a hundred-year-old home in rural Oklahoma and serves his feline overlords.

He edited Larks Fiction Magazine till their hiatus in 2013. He is currently writing his magnum ‘okayist’, Cloudsea, a science-fantasy novel series about gods, wagers, and adventure.
